Tires Plus

Christian and his team are absolute lifesavers. I noticed on a Sunday morning that I had a tire losing air and, sure enough, there was a nail in it. I knew that finding a tire repair place on a Sunday would be tough, but I really wasn't able to miss any work during the week. I called Christian at Tires Plus and he was honest, but understanding. He told me to drop my car off and they would try to work it in, would also call with any updates. I was able to drop my car off, and everything took just a few hours. Tire is repaired and good as new. I am very happy with the service at Tires Plus.

I cannot say enough great things about Tires Plus! We had a tire blowout on our RV while driving home from Illinois to Las Vegas and found ourselves stranded on a Sunday, just trying to get back home. Not only were they one of the only tire shops open on a Sunday, but they also had the exact RV tires we needed in stock, which was a huge blessing. These tires are not easy to find, and every other place we called either didn’t have them or couldn’t help us. Just knowing they had the tires available gave us so much relief during an incredibly stressful situation. Although they weren’t able to lift our RV with the equipment they had, they still went above and beyond to help us figure out a solution. At no point did they make us feel like we were on our own. They genuinely cared and did everything they could to help us get back on the road safely. A huge thank you to Christian and Ted, who took exceptional care of us. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help during such a stressful time meant more than they probably realize. They treated us with kindness, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a terrible experience so much easier. Having a bus

Mitch Harksen always makes sure our things are done in a timely manner, while maintaining great customer service throughout the entire experience. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with auto shops, never once have I felt that way about this Tires Plus location. It’s the only place my family will bring our vehicles for trustworthy service!

I'm not very knowledgeable about cars. The staff was very kind, patient, and informative with me about my car issue. They explained everything in a way I could understand. They were kind, responsive, and attentive. My car was repaired sooner than I expected, which was a wonderful surprise! I've been a fan of Firestone for years, so it's nice to know Tires Plus and Firestone are sister companies. Tires Plus will definitely be on my list of places to go in the future, if needed.
